Jaco Perkins, is the best therapist I have ever had. I’m a complex case with years of psych treatments. In the 2 years that I have been seeing him I have learned so much. He’s incredibly intelligent, highly professional and very knowledgeable. The rest of Mercy Psych team is lacking in empathy, compassion, knowledge and training. I've found this location to be very helpful. Nurse Miranda is always on point. She makes you feel comfortable. The front desk is accompanied with golden customer service. Highly Recommend!
I have never felt so comfortable in a Doctors office before. I feel like my concerns are being addressed and I feel like I am heard.
I'm still really shocked about what I experienced here. My medications have been dosed and regulated for several years. I was happy and didn’t need to change anything. But this doctor then told me she was changing the treatment of a medication I’ve been on for 12 years for my ADD. First of all, don’t doctors usually talk with their patients before abruptly stopping or changing a medication? Well that didn’t happen. There was no discussion whatsoever.
