I did not anticipate moving to mercy, our Watonga physicians clinic , dr.Shank, decided to partner with mercy and just tell us what he did instead of giving us the option to move. My rating is based on mercy, this clinic he was moved to had cobwebs in our room, crumbs on the floor, dust on the computer and we were asked to sit in the chairs, I'm guessing so they didn't have to change the paper roll..... the mercy "temp" clinic is disgusting and I'm sure full of germs if there's cobwebs in the patient room. Love it here nice people who work there.
The last time I went to this clinic years ago with my son we were 5 min. late as I had to wait in line to pick him up at school. The rude lady at the front counter turned us away. The lost all 7 of my family that day as we found another clinic out of town. Today, I see my cardiologist here as he travels around to different clinics to make it easier for his patients. I was glad to see that rude lady is gone and replaced with very nice, helpful ladies. I'm not sure about the doctors here though. There's parallel parking along ... read more
They’re getting a 2 because fair is fair and the front office staff has always been pleasant and Dr Spencer is a very good doctor. They lose 3 stars on the horrendous bedside manner of their nurse Stacey. She’s been vindictive, inflicting pain on my child with stitches on both side of his legs only to roll her eyes when the doctor backed her off bc she was hurting him, and has had nothing but an arrogant and condescending attitude with every single transaction.
