We’ve never had such a hard time with a drs office till we came here. My husband has needed forms filled out for work and they’ve given him such a hard time and are so rude every single time and we still haven’t gotten that situated. Don’t recommend at all solely based on the front desk staff.
Should really consider getting new receptionists up front… they are very rude and not understanding at all. Since I have started seeing Dr. Nguyen (6 months ago) I have had 3 appointments and it’s the same bad attitude every time. I understand someone having an off day, but I see a trend with those ladies.
Dr Qureshi....Shelby and the entire team are excellent...you want great personalities with personal treatment? Thats your team!
