Dr. Phillips is the absolute best doctor I have seen in many years! She is very caring, attentive, experienced, knowledgeable, thorough and a beautiful loving soul. She took the time to review my medical records from several other states, as I recently relocated to Arkansas and have a very long complex medical history.
