I always feel completely comfortable at Diana Franklin’s office! They always ask if I need any of my prescriptions refilled reminding me incase I have forgotten anything. Her nurse Jill is super gentle at drawing blood and very friendly. Diana Franklin is fantastic at her job.
Dianna Franklin is the best nurse practitioner in this area. She's knowledgeable and she genuinely cares about her patients. All the staff at her office go above and beyond to provide excellent care.
Absolutely atrocious service. Alex at front desk was not helpful, I called ahead letting know i was simply mintutes late for apt just around the corner, she said "ok, that"s fine." Instead, when I got there, literally minutes later, she informed me my appt was missed and canclled. Sure I can understand, but no willingness to help or find solution to my need for prescription refill. Clinic was very clean and quiet. I got to my appointment late and my wait time was still minimal. Everyone was very kind and courteous. All my questions/concerns were answered while I was there.
