They were so nice and courteous in her concerned about my problem that was the one thing I noticed and I appreciate that and I like the doctors and nurses
This place sucks! It's a shame my primary doctor switched to this location! I will no longer be seeing them.
I don't know what exactly went wrong last year but things haven't gotten better. At some point the music we used to know when calling a Mercy clinic got removed, no menu for options, just someone who answers to ask abruptly, "What doctor do you have?", "What's your name and date of birth?". What happened to, "Hello, how can I help you today?". My doctor, suddenly left this summer. I never got notified. No letter, no email, no text, no call, no message in the Mercy app either. Scheduling is clueless they will schedule you with providers who will not be able to fulfill reported needs of appt and will schedule you for days the provider is never in the office. Last appt required 6 phone calls to schedule 1 appt.
