I’ve been a patient since I moved to OKC in 2013 and patient care has gotten progressively worse. Basic patient care isn’t as important as it should be.

If you do not fit into their boxed-in limited view of what “healthy” is in Oklahoma standards (not very healthy), they are incredibly invalidating and dismiss anything that requires complex problem solving. They provide health”care” to people who don’t advocate for their own personal health
Everyone I've come here with leaves with a smile. They gotta be something right,right?!
The PAs and NPs are all wonderful. Every nurse and MA I have had the pleasure of talking with have been great, with one exception. Vera, Dr. Hoover's MA is less than pleasant, shows zero compassion and communication is very poor. This interaction alone has made me consider moving to a different clinic.
