It started off rough as the appointment I was given was not actually what I had scheduled so that of course, was very upsetting and felt a bit defeating after having not gone to a doctor for a few years and now the appointment wasn’t even correct. Doctor Chitwood is the best doctor I’ve ever had.
I have been with Mercy clinic for close to 10 years, nothing but a positive experience, close to home, real team answers the phone # NOT AI doctors are punctual and don't rush you out. Also after getting blood work done someone calls to make sure I understand results. I also get a text about 3 days before appointment reminding me as well as the morning of the appointment.
