Dr. Mergenmeier is absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain everything to me that I asked. I didn't feel as though she rushed through the appointment at all. I was a new patient so I had a lot of questions. And her assistant is so amazing as well.
Dr. Mergenmeier is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. She is the reason that people dread going to the doctor. She has her own agenda, won't listen to any of your problems, shows up 30 minutes late to the appointment and doesn't review previous records. When I tried to contact the office about the problem, the office manager Jessica brushed off the issue and made excuses for Dr. Mergenmeier. Don't waste your time at this office. Now that Dr. Garner is gone, there are NO good doctors left who have openings.
