Dr. Mergenmeier is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. She is the reason that people dread going to the doctor. She has her own agenda, won't listen to any of your problems, shows up 30 minutes late to the appointment and doesn't review previous records. When I tried to contact the office about the problem, the office manager Jessica brushed off the issue and made excuses for Dr. Mergenmeier. Don't waste your time at this office. Now that Dr. Garner is gone, there are NO good doctors left who have openings.

Extremely rude lady at the front desk with a doo rag on her head. Appeared to have an attitude with her dry tone and eye rolling. I stood the desk for awhile before she finally decided to acknowledge the fact that I was even standing there. I was there to do a simple drug test and while I waited in the waiting area I watched her call back another lady (who walked in after me) first! And this lady was there for the exact same thing.
