My family and i are appalled by the lack of compassion and professionalism at Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Pea Ridge. My 91-year-old grandfather arrived at the clinic before their 8:00 AM opening, on Wednesday 10/8/25 in severe distress, vomiting, and banging on the door for help. If I could do no star I would... The front desk lady is horrible and soooooo rude. They told my son wasn't sick because his test came back negative... That he was probably faking it. Took him to the ER in Rogers they kept him over night and rushed him into surgery because his appendix was about to rupture
