While I normally have no problems with this facility, things are changing there and not for the better. I scheduled my once a year physical for late September 2025. I also sent an email reminding them that I would be at my appointment for a Physical only, nothing more. My insurance pays for a physical once a year. I guess Mercy is now calling a physical a wellness visit, the last two times I have gone for a physical, not much is done. Had a video visit recently with one of their NPs and discussed some new medication options to replace one that is not working. NP instead sent in a completely different medication that is not covered by my insurance and now refuses to prescribe me either of the two medications we discussed and will NOT give me a reason for the sudden change. Also is not responsive to messages and now I am completely without medication of any kind. I've been here for years and have not had major issues. This situation is beyond frustrating.
