As a senior with multiple issues, I visit three doctor's office. Either upfront communication or for after visit questions, we cannot talk to a nurse. We jump two hoops, still we cannot talk to nurse. First hoop is talk to robot, Second a parson come on after repeatedly telling robot, then that person can take message and send to wherever. When we call the office, we should be able to talk a nurse. PERIOD. I give one star for BAD BAD system of communication
I can't speak on the entire facility or all the doctors and staff but I can speak on the experience I've had with my doctor and staff. I love Dr. Azim and her staff, they are so helpful and seem really interested in you as a person. They ease my anxiety and make me feel cared for. I've gone to the pharmacy there as well and they have always been friendly and helpful.
Made an appointment over a month ago with Dr. Franke. Received a call today from the office saying there was an emergency and they need to cancel my appointment tomorrow with Dr. Azim at 3:30pm. Very confused as that wasn’t the doctor I was supposed to see and also the incorrect time. Obviously I try to get clarification and say “I’m sorry, but I don’t have an appointment with that doctor-“ and before I can finish my statement, the extremely rude front desk lady says “Yeah you do, so I’m just going to go ahead and cancel it.... read more
THE LAB WITH ATITUDE. 2 DRS HAD THE SAME TEST IN FOR ME AND BLOOD LADY GOT MAD AT ME BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHICH IS CORRECT. SHE STARTS SHAKING HER HEAD AT ME TALKING BOUT THE GONNA MAKE ME PAY TWICE. I GOT UP AND LEFT CUZ YOU AINT COMIN AT ME WITH NO NEEDLE WITH THAT ATITUDE. VERY RUDE AND MAD AT ME BECAUSE I AM NOT SURE WHAT BLOOD TEST TO PICK I AINT BNO DR. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TRAIN HER WHAT TO DO IN THESE SITUATIONS
