Made an appointment over a month ago with Dr. Franke. Received a call today from the office saying there was an emergency and they need to cancel my appointment tomorrow with Dr. Azim at 3:30pm. Very confused as that wasn’t the doctor I was supposed to see and also the incorrect time. THE LAB WITH ATITUDE. 2 DRS HAD THE SAME TEST IN FOR ME AND BLOOD LADY GOT MAD AT ME BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHICH IS CORRECT. SHE STARTS SHAKING HER HEAD AT ME TALKING BOUT THE GONNA MAKE ME PAY TWICE. I GOT UP AND LEFT CUZ YOU AINT COMIN AT ME WITH NO NEEDLE WITH THAT ATITUDE. VERY RUDE AND MAD AT ME BECAUSE I AM NOT SURE WHAT BLOOD TEST TO PICK I AINT BNO DR. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TRAIN HER WHAT TO DO IN THESE SITUATIONS
For the past 2 years, eveytime I come in for an appointment they are running over a hour behind! I've switched doctors and the same experience. I make early morning appointments and they state their running behind immediately.
Called twice to see if I can make an appointment as a new patient. I was hung up on twice without ever speaking to someone. Decided to make an appointment through the my mercy portal, and within 10 minutes I had a message telling me they deleted my appointment because they were not taking new patients. That is fine and I understand, but maybe answer my calls instead of hanging up the phone? Seems rude.
