DO NOT GET YOUR LABS DONE HERE. Front desk people are nice. The older black phlebotomist that did my labs (blood draws) as I am a phlebotomist too, I told her it was a surface vein, she stabbed through my vein. If it burns when it goes in after the alcohol dries, it went through the vein. When she pulled out it also burned. She was extremely rude and non friendly. My boyfriend also had blood work done and she also bruised his arm.
Went in for labs. This is not my primary clinic. Everyone was nice except for one lady at the counter who stuck her hands up at me and made a rude face because I tried to check in?? lol. I guess she was busy?? She literally snapped her fingers at me like I’m in second grade. The other front desk ladies were super sweet and helpful though.
