Other then the clinic only having 2 hours in the morning for walk&ins it's a wonderful place the doctors are really understanding when you prefer to go med free, so they respect you choices and go the extra mile to help in whatever way they can
Nurse practioner was great but you have to drive to the office to set an appointment or find out anything. They do not receive phone calls and number listed goes to a "call center" that does not pick up the phone. You can wait over an hour and still be on hold. Tried numerous times and not once has someone picked up the phone.
The staff are always friendly and helpful when I am seen here!
