Everyone made you feel very comfortable. They listen, ask questions. Took time, didn’t rush through visit.
Dr. Gomez is great, but his staff needs serious work. Constant headaches getting maintenance prescription refills, and they never put refills on them to make life any easier. The pharmacy faxed them 3x, then had to call - and they hung up on them! If it wasn't for the great relationship with the doc, we'd be going elsewhere.
Dr. Gomez Is a nice man however his office staff is very rude. Giving the staff the benefit of the doubt I called to make another appointment, the person answering the phone made it seem like an inconvenience to make the appointment, drilled me on why I wanted the appointment. I understand asking questions for the appointment but this was a true drilling. A receptionist has lost him another patient, being rude to a patient hurts the doctors reputation.
