Good care, but it is very difficult to get someone on the phone if you have a question. Even when they call you and ask you to call them back, you get routed to the main call center and you're going to be waiting on hold for a long time.
On hold for, no joke, 35 minutes waiting to schedule an appointment. Gave up and scheduled elsewhere
Impossible to get someone on the phone. I've also tried using the messaging feature in the app. They have not replied for over 14 days. Would not recommend.
Great doc. Nurse are kind. They alway try and get to you as soon as they can. They are definitely a great place
