This has been my primary care for as long as I can remember! Dr. Archer is as good as a PCP gets, and all of the front staff have always been so kind and helpful!
They want me to come in there. Constantly and pay them money out-of-pocket because My insurance doesn't cover it. All can't do that all the time i understand once a year but gezzzzz They refuse to refill my Blood Pressure meds and let me die worst place ever. They never helped me. They only guess.
An absolutely terrible Mercy location. First they cancelled my 85 year old grandmothers intake appointment scheduled months in advance upon moving to Bentonville two days before the appointment. Their solution was for her to forgo the start of her medical care for another 4 weeks for an appointment. Only after speaking with a manager were we able to get an appointment at another mercy clinic thankfully. My parents have been patients at this clinic for over 15 years, with Dr. Rosie as their primary care provider. For the past five months, my mother has been extremely sick and in worsening pain. Despite this, the clinic only ran a few basic routine tests—with zero urgency and no meaningful follow-up. On Monday, my parents called and pleaded for a sooner appointment. So hard to get established with a PCP here. They’ll assign you someone that you’ll never be able to see and then each time you go in for an appointment you’re heckled by the front desk staff about not actually having a PCP. My mom had a scheduled appointment and it took over 10 minutes to check in due to the constant “you don’t have a PCP we can’t have you listed as having a PCP” good lord just let people come for their appointments without getting harassed about your clinic having no available appointments for any of the PC... read more
