My parents have been patients at this clinic for over 15 years, with Dr. Rosie as their primary care provider. For the past five months, my mother has been extremely sick and in worsening pain. So hard to get established with a PCP here. They’ll assign you someone that you’ll never be able to see and then each time you go in for an appointment you’re heckled by the front desk staff about not actually having a PCP. My mom had a scheduled appointment and it took over 10 minutes to check in due to the constant “you don’t have a PCP we can’t have you listed as having a PCP” good lord just let people come for their appointments without getting harassed about your clinic having no available appointments for any of the PC... read more

These folks will steal your money and not help/ treat you. Office manager is completely ineffective- she lies to your face, does the exact opposite & then simply ignores her calls & vms. This clinic really sucks.

Worst clinic ever. Go anywhere but here! I have been a patient here for over 10 years and about the past year or two, it’s been terrible. Subpar care, unresponsive to issues, can’t get ahold of anyone, no appointments for weeks. You would get better care literally anywhere but here.

I was referred to Mercy Clinic through the VA, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely unprofessional from the start. It took them over two months just to call me back — and that was after multiple follow-ups. As a veteran, it’s disheartening to see a clinic that’s supposed to be part of a network serving those who served treat referrals with such disregard.
