The service here is extremely slow
Quest employee that called me back for labs said I needed to pay a copay for my yearly wellness blood draw even though my provider said it is included in a well check up.
I am incredibly disappointed with the service at the Mercy I Street clinic. The African American lady working at the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely lacked professionalism.When dealing with patients who are already stressed or unwell, the bare minimum expectation is a basic level of courtesy and respect.
