I wish there was a way to rate the Quest diagnostics inside the mercy I street location without downing Mercy too much. But I can’t find a way. So, to the pretty blonde girl who was so unhelpful and rude: I was disappointed that your demeanor did not match your well kept appearance. Forgot about me for over an hour in one of the back rooms. Took me 2.5 hours from start to finish. For an ear infection. Prescribed be a steroid that is discontinued. My ear infection is getting worse. My eyes are leaking. I can't call into work anymore. Do I just have to expose people because of this places negligence. I have called them 5+ times to get a different prescription. They have ghosted me and the pharmacy. Have to go to another doctor I guess. Waste of $120.
