Took my Mom here in November. I missed the entrance due to poor signage. The nice lady at the ER entrance gave us directions, and called Dr Fisher's office. By the time we made it around the building, we were 15 minutes late. The receptionist made us reschedule, and refused to make copies of her paperwork for her file, too big apparently. On the next visit Angela Baustert called asking about her medical issues, which was on the paperwork she refused to read.
