Seemed as though Kim bittle PA's only thought was in regards to my past drug abuse, I stated to her assist that I was having major mental issues concerning my brother's recent suicide and my depression was severe, her assist stated that she would discuss this but her only topic was my past drug abuse. I wish she would have k own that I needed sonetp hear me not judge me. I had no reason to live once I walked out of the office lost and alone. Took my Mom here in November. I missed the entrance due to poor signage. The nice lady at the ER entrance gave us directions, and called Dr Fisher's office. By the time we made it around the building, we were 15 minutes late. The receptionist made us reschedule, and refused to make copies of her paperwork for her file, too big apparently. On the next visit Angela Baustert called asking about her medical issues, which was on the paperwork she refused to read. First time at this doctors office and it will be the last. I Checked in at 3:46 and updated all information as well as filled out paper work. I was told to have a seat and someone will be right with me. I got up to use the restroom and when I came out it was 3:56 and I was told i needed to reschedule. I understand my appointment was at 3:30 but I stated that when I checked in. So basically i drove 35 mins and filled out all paper work to be told to reschedule.
