I absolutely adore the NP here. After 8 years, my PCP left to start a clinic which didn't take my insurance. I had a horrible experience with the next provider at that office. I switched to this clinic and everyone from the front office, to the nurse, to the provider were kind and compassionate. The PCP actually reviewed my chart before seeing me the first time which felt nice knowing he cares about his patients enough to review charts (many don't.) We had to find a new primary doctor because ours had retired. My wife looked around to find one that was easily accessible. And right there in a store that we use on occasion is a Mercy clinic. The whole staff at this clinic are fist rate - they are efficient and also kind. Such nice folks.
Great care. Love this clinic. Highly recommend.
