I really appreciate Dr Crowder here at the Mercy Clinic! Linda the receptionist always brings a smile to my face! The team their altogether has been amazing and quick service getting my needs met over and beyond! I appreciate the phone service appointment on the Mercy App. God bless you all!
This is NOT a walk-in clinic, has not been for years according to receptionist.
Basically, I love everyone there!! I started with Dr. Samuels. He was awesome. Finally someone who take me seriously and not because I’m “young”. I love his knowledge and anything I asked he gives! When I was having my mental. He always gives me thorough education. He is such a good doctor and I told him that. Like seriously we need more of him in this field.😊
Why do I need to call this clinic multiple times a day for 3 days straight in order to get ahold of someone who can write me a drs note? All the information they needed I messaged them in the app, office lady after office lady sending my care team memos to get back to me. I’ve been a patient for this clinic for nearly a decade. I can’t imagine it’d take my doctor more than 5 minutes to draft up a note, in between patients or something. Lost 400 dollars from not working, just sitting around waiting for them to contact me. I would like to Brag about Dr. Samuel. He’s the best Dr I’ve ever had. He listen to me and genuinely committed to helping me. Most Dr would say you’re overreacting and send you on your way. He literally saved my life by listening to me and sending me to the right places to seek medical help. All I have to say is this been happening and he will make sure it’s done.
