I've been going to this clinic for MANY years, this year they charged us a co pay for our annual physical. I called our insurance who called the office to explain there shouldn't be a co pay. The clinic staff member was rude to my insurance and stated I need to call the clinic to see why a co pay was charged. When I did it was because the doctor asked about our meds so that's considered a separate visit. Every year they asked us about our med during out annual check up. They do not help at alll I couldn’t breathe still didn’t help me just left me in the room been to like 3 diffrent clinics to they say it’s a 4 hour wait processs like omg
