After being a patient at this office for 5 years, I've had very few positive experiences. I was a patient of Dr. Ash, who was wonderful, but struggled to get in touch with her when needed, and she's left the practice (I was told she was on maternity leave but informed at my appointment with the man filing in for her that she would not return). Made and initial appointment. Waited 3 months, only for the doctor to leave the facility. My appointment was scheduled for mid November and now their talking about I can't get another appointment until May or June. My dam head gone fall off by then. I don't recommend this place. Im highly upset 😡 😤 😒
The physicians never respond to messages. It takes months and months to get appointments even if it’s something more urgent. It then leaves you no choice but to go to urgent care(which will tell you to follow up with your PCP) and then you can’t get in still. Seems like you have to clog up urgent care or ER if it’s something that needs to be addressed in a timely manner
There was only 2 nurses that were actually nice my entire time being there. They were on Dr. Brumleys team. Anna E Bailey is the worst primary care doctor to exist there. She will have her team make appointments than call a few days before the appointment to cancel because she won’t be in office, have poor appearance as a doctor, lack of attentive to listen and treat a patient overall the worst primary care I’ve recieved in years, yall should seriously look into getting new doctors for this office. I have been bouncing between Dr. Bailey and Nurse Fuller. They are not getting my prescriptions correct. Also they make you go to Quest labs which is trash.
