There was only 2 nurses that were actually nice my entire time being there. They were on Dr. Brumleys team. Anna E Bailey is the worst primary care doctor to exist there. She will have her team make appointments than call a few days before the appointment to cancel because she won’t be in office, have poor appearance as a doctor, lack of attentive to listen and treat a patient overall the worst primary care I’ve recieved in years, yall should seriously look into getting new doctors for this office. I have been bouncing between Dr. Bailey and Nurse Fuller. They are not getting my prescriptions correct. Also they make you go to Quest labs which is trash.

I am deeply disappointed by MARY NP's lack of attention to detail and empathy during my recent visit. Despite my repeated requests for a strong pain killer to manage my condition, she continued to suggest inadequate treatments like heat and cold therapy. When I asked for an emergency video call to get the necessary medication, the request was ignored and was ignored. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and empathy displayed by MARY NP during my recent interaction. Constantly fumbling my medications, rejecting them suddenly after a year for no reason other than 'needing an appointment' which they NEVER call to schedule, they just reject my daily medication. When I call to schedule the appointments they don't seem to be able to call me about, I wait 40 minutes on the line to be told I'm actually speaking with a call center worker, and the office doesn't take calls...
