I've been a patient at the Mercy Centerton Clinic for many years. I've always received good service and excellent care. My doctor always spends plenty of time discussing my issues and is very helpful. I read a couple of reviews where people thought they were being passed over in the waiting room by patients arriving later than them. I would like to say that this may not be accurate - I always use the Mercy app to confirm my appointment and to check-in for my visits. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are all friendly. The medical care, like nearly all Mercy health care, is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Gray-Elliott.
