The care I receive at the Centerton Mercy Primary Care is outstanding. The staff from Reception, Nurses, Lab Tech, and of course Doctors, is exceptional.
I always feel seen, heard, and advocated for with my team here at this Mercy clinic. I know I’m not alone in this, because there’s quite a wait to get in to get appointments now, a testament to their whole person care.
Yeah all the one star reviews are right, they dont care about your time and will give you the merry go round, they'll waist your time just pushing things back, would have been my first time going here too but nope they have to be like that I guess, atleast any place will care more and actually value my time, waisting it for either they're schedule or because waisting people's time might be easier for them.
