Had an appointment this morning, checked in 25 minutes early and then watched probably 7 walk in’s who arrived after me get called back first. Everytime I come back I’m thoroughly disappointed and don’t understand how I wasn’t seen ahead of the people without appointments. Appointments are made to be on time or close to scheduled times and the staff seems very lost and confused on how to run an office efficiently
We went here for someone that just moved into town and happened to get really sick. We came for the open hours, but the doctor we spoke to was thorough, knowledgeable and kind, so we went ahead and established care with her as his new primary care physician. It was easy to call in and leave a message for the nurse on duty for the doctor, and she called back promptly and got an answer to our questions. My primary care doctor here Dr. Joshua Hall he always listens to what I have to say and tries to come up with a good plan for me. they aren’t the fastest, but they aren’t the slowest either but it’s to be expected with a primary care facility. This isn’t a urgent care.
