Absolutely one of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to in my life. Was a total waste of approximately a year of my life, trying to get something figured out with my neck area. All they did was suck money out out of my pocket and did not care absolutely no caring and then I tried to contact the people in charge of this Clinic at Mercy. No comment and they suck at there job when I was to go to my appointments they do they job slow to 2.8 star is crazier for a clinic eight years ago, that might’ve been better
I have been coming to this clinic for 10 years or more. The care has been diminishing, this last year especially. The mistakes have been costly but endangering my health experience. The staff only seems to want you to limp into a cure rather than speedy recovery. They do not go the extra mile and listen to you ,but want you to make other appointments that could be weeks away.I suspect that the manager of the office does not give clear direction and does not advocate for the patient .
Doctor's don't listen to me & I don't receive individualized treatment for "Disabled" people!! I've been in severe pain in my left hip & the Doctor didn't set up an X-ray or scan, and for that matter, she didn't even set up a new appointment!!😲😡 I've been leagly Disabled since 2013 and need alot better care than what I'm currently receiving!! I can't recommend this location or any other either other location if this is the way they treat people. 🫡🦂⚔️🥋🇺🇲
My nurse calls bck very fast,they bend on apointments too help you..Ive always chose Mercy...
