Mary Kirby is the best nurse practitioner. She is kind and compassionate. She cares for her patience. I may go in to an office appointment feeling unwell, but I always leave feeling good.

Very disappointed in Mercy of Bella Vista Administration and Customer Service. Front desk, ER, Medical Professionals and care is great. The issue is I'm a 100% covered disabled veteran in the community that's gone here 5 years. I've told them that for 5 years and asked that they work with the VA and submitted the proper paperwork on being covered out in town.
