Very helpful and the staff is friendly.
If you care about your health, steer clear of this place. They don’t care. And when you start getting upset because of said lack of care, they will paint you as the crazy person. Absolute worst doctors and nurses I’ve ever seen in my whole life.
Scammers. Charge us three different bills for one visit. We have to pay 2 grand for 45 minutes of work. One portion makes sense. The rest of it is just charging us because you can. We will never come back.
Take note: Mercy physicians care more about their medical license than providing care for their patients. SELF PRESERVATION AT THE EXPENSE OF THE PATIENT. They hire new doctors with U of A crap degrees. Prescribe addicting drugs then cut you off without providing adequate taper programs. Fail to make any diagnosis unless your problem is simplistic. It's all about the CASH.
I hate to write this review because I liked my provider but it was time to give up on this place because it wasn't worth the effort. When you send your doctor a message, you get a response from a nurse who says..make an appointment with your doctor. Mercy requires appointments for things that should just be a message. They want you in for every little thing. I ended up switching to Simplified Health in Rogers. Their customer service is so much better than mercy that it feels like a joke.
