I had a very unpleasant experience with Nurse Practitioner K. Patterson and her nurse at my recent appointment. Both women were very combative and talked down to me, grilling me about my symptoms and making me feel stupid because I mentioned that I had researched my symptoms online. Patterson then walked out of my room and left me sitting there alone. I had to call out to her to ask her if I should leave. I am a kind person and gave them no reason to treat me this way.
