This office is so unprofessional it's ridiculous. I have been battling chronic pain since at least last June and no one can seem to call me back when I need to speak with someone about next steps. I ha e some kind of nerve damage and all they want to do is prescribe me is muscle relaxers amd naproxen. I haven't even seen or talked to my actual physician in probably a year as he's apparently always booked up?? I asked to be sent for an mri and to see a rheumatologist but no one is taking me serious and refuse to call me back.... read more

Nothing but problems with this office. Canceled appointment after canceled appointment on the doctors end. Save yourself the hassle and find a better clinic.
It was a short wait to get in and see someone at this location, but that's all of the doctors in my area with my insurance. I was desperate to get in quickly and the Mercy operator worked so hard to get me in as soon as possible. I wasn't sure what to expect, sometimes desperation can lead you to accept less than your expectations. However, I was very satisfied from start to finish.
