Very courteous staff was able to get appointment right away Nurse practitioner was very nice answered all my questions
Dr. Hermann takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains things in a way people can understand. I would recommend him.
I'm in the lobby waiting for my son to finish his appointment and two workers are talking about not answering faxes and emails because they are so short staffed.... which is denying patient care. They talked about only handling patients who are in clinic at the time. Wonder why it took almost a month and constant calling for my med to go through. They always pushed the blame off on other entities.
I’m Over it. They are No help anymore, I’m at my worst
I've had chronic pain that recently spiked, apparently a problem with arthritis in my neck. Called this morning and got an appointment with Dr. Mena this afternoon! Awesome. I think they triaged since I indicated I had high pain levels, and the scheduler went out of her way to get me something. Kudos.
