My primary care doctor here Dr. Joshua Hall he always listens to what I have to say and tries to come up with a good plan for me. they aren’t the fastest, but they aren’t the slowest either but it’s to be expected with a primary care facility. This isn’t a urgent care.
Ok if everything’s fine, but never reliable when it’s actually an emergency.
I have been going to the Centerton Mercy location since 2015. The team is very nice and professional. NP Mary Daniel has been my care provider since 2018, and I highly recommend her. She has listened patiently over the years and seen me through some life transitions.
Five stars aren't enough for Dr. Joshua Hall. He is truly an extraordinary primary care physician. I recently had a number of follow-up concerns, and Dr. Hall took the time to listen patiently and compassionately to each one. His thoughtful approach and practical suggestions made me feel truly cared for and confident in the plan moving forward. Candice from the centerton location is very rude. Called to see what time an appointment was at and overall she just seemed annoyed. I refuse to go to a location where the service is bad over the phone. Candice I really hope your attitude switches and you provide customers with great customer service.
