Went in there today for an appointment at 8:45am, we saw Dr. Fallen. (Not sure if that's spelled correctly) he was so thorough to check for everything and just comes across as an amazing and very competent doctor. He definitely made the whole experience great.
The care my daughter was provided at Mercy Clinic Pediatrics - Wentzville was exceptional! We were seen by Kaycee Nurse Aid and Gianna Nurse Practitioner. My daughter experiences anxiety. Gianna put her on a plan to tackle her anxiety. Gianna is professional, understanding, talked to my daughter as a real patient, explored treatment plans, and most of showed a high level of compassion. This eased my daughter’s state of being. I cannot say enough good things about this office. Dr. Rickerson and Gianna are fabulous and take the time to listen. Front office staff have always been kind and accommodating. My daughter is 13 months and I look forward to working with them in maintaining her health! Thank you Mercy team
