Dr. Detert and her staff are always kind, welcoming, and professional. As a first-time mom, I truly appreciate that Dr. Detert takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel like they're insignificant. She creates a supportive and reassuring environment, and I always leave my appointments feeling heard and confident in the care my baby and I receive.
I want to express how I am unsatisfied with the care at this office. My daughter got diagnosed with scoliosis late because we're told few times that she is fine and it's normal. We asked about her shoulders development few years ago and at least 3 times about it. on the most recent visit checked her spine we were told it was normal. After checking again at home and taking pictures I asked for more checks and what else we can do. And then we got referred for a Xray.
