Was transferred here after prior pediatrician relocated to another state. This office leaves much to be desired. I don’t recommend them at all.
Always a great experience! Staff is very friendly and Dr Detert is the best! She takes her time to go over any concerns you may have.
The front office staff, Kaitlyn in particular was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. She Canceled my daughters appointment because they didn’t have medical records yet but her appointment was in another week. The medical records had been requested and promised to be there by her scheduled appointment. Don’t go to Mercy, Children’s offers beyond superior care and actually care about the patient. They would never treat a patient this way. Awful, awful, awful!
