My children were patients of Dr. Roukoz for five years, and we absolutely loved her. She is a very kind, caring doctor who takes her time, loves to explain things and pass on her knowledge, and doesn’t jump to medication for every little thing. Mercy on the other hand, as a whole, is extremely unprofessional, which is just a kind way to say that their business practices are greedy and just plain shady.
