My children were patients of Dr. Roukoz for five years, and we absolutely loved her. She is a very kind, caring doctor who takes her time, loves to explain things and pass on her knowledge, and doesn’t jump to medication for every little thing. Mercy on the other hand, as a whole, is extremely unprofessional, which is just a kind way to say that their business practices are greedy and just plain shady. Ann is horrible to talk to, horrible attitude. I don’t need hand holding but her tone and lack of professionalism is appalling.
The care has always been fantastic with both my son and daughter. When you call to schedule an appointment it can take a bit of waiting on hold, which shouldn't surprise anyone that has dealt with the healthcare industry more than once. We have always felt any concerns we have are taken seriously and our questions are answered without the attitude we have dealt before we came to this Pediatrician's office. The people complaining in other reviews are in for a rude awakening if they leave and go to a different office.
