Dr. Olayemi has always been so kind and respectful to my family. Made my children feel welcome and I appreciate all his support. Also we love Rachel! Very good staff and team. I have been going here for six years.
Awful! Terrible staff. 3rd world service and environment. Removed my rating and reposting. If you prefer to get treated like an animal, this is your place. The furniture is covered in stains for the last three years. Absolutely disgusting people and environment.
We love this clinic and our medical team. However, I am very disappointed that Mercy isn't offering the COVID vaccine for children at any of their locations in NWA this year. They recommended I go to Arkansas Children's hospital in Springdale who told me they are only doing the vaccines for established patients. Just wanted it to be noted how disappointing this was.
This is a very terrible place to call and make a schedule I have filed a complaint about my experience with customer service personnel on Monday (10/09/2023) at 1:10pm. I called customer service about me child’s health form. The lady who I spoke with was discussing my issue with her colleagues after the call without them knowing I was hearing everything they were saying over the phone.
