Really missing the old location for our pediatrician- this location makes our appointments feel like we are at the health department with everyone cramped together and all ages put together. Not exactly what you want when you have children still needing vaccines and they have to sit next to a sick adult. WHY did Mercy have to get rid of the location next to NWACC. Bad move.
Even if you can see your doctor you had better be on top of billing. They took 7 months to make a FIRST attempt at billing for my daughters well visit then stuck me with the bill for almost 200 dollars. They stated they had the wrong information for my insurance provider, but at no point did they let me know this or make any attempt at billing. Other providers in the mercy network had no trouble billing with the same card in the same timeframe. This was at hwy 102, the providers we saw are moving to this location and to Lowe... read more
Super sweet staff! I love that they can typically get you in same day. We’ve seen several of the doctors/nurses and they are all great. Nurse Krohn is extremely sweet and patient (she is my son’s favorite but everyone is great). 100/10 recommend.
