I’m a nursing student and the staff was very kind and welcoming! I had a wonderful experience here thanks to Dominique and all of the other staff members.
Called 12+ times over the past year to have the first appointment with my newborn. NICU advised to make an appointment 1 week after discharge. Always given the run around “someone will call you” they don’t the nurses are extremely rude. The front desk lady on the right is always the most rude. They won’t fire anyone despite all the negative reviews because they are all friends. They will argue with you to no extent, talk over you, they don’t care. Dr Ukwey is always very patient and attentive to his patients I like him that I recommend him to my daughter for his son’s pediatric. I still have one of my kids with him other 3 grown up and moved to a different clinic. But every one loved him.!! Thank you Dr Ukwey
Omg! Nurse Miranda did a wonderful job with my son E.S. She was very professional, sweet, and listened to all my concerns. I had many questions, but she ever got irritated or frustrated. I enjoyed seeing her and his Dr. Maurli. They make a good team. Miranda makes the wait in the waiting room well worth it! We were blessed with the best care staff nurse member. I recommend anyone with a newborn to see her! My son had many problems at birth and now we’re down to 0 problems, and a healthy baby boy !
