They never Anwser the phone!!!
Dr. Murali made us feel like she cared about our children. She provides exceptional care, listens to your concerns, and asks for your opinions on things. I would recommend her 1000x! The office is clean, the receptionists and nurses are kind, and it's in a convenient location. Grateful to have found this clinic!
I wanted to change my daughters doctor because I feel like I am being talked over and rushed when I have concerns about my child. I was told I could not change providers because of " curtesy". I moved from Baptist health to Mercy a year ago because of accessibility. But it seems I was mistaken. Update: my daughter has been having issues and they refuse to do any further testing because labs came back normal. I've caught them twice over " normal " lab work that weren't in fact normal. You’re on hold for over 20 minutes and they don’t do walk ins for your kids. I rarely ever get to take my kids to their actual doctor and end up doing walk in clinics in the area.
