Not sure what’s happening but this office has been increasingly more difficult to see our primary physician. I’m also disappointed that they don’t do a better job managing patient appointments. Similar to many dentists who scheduled your next visit when you’re in the office. The staff do follow up quickly, but just not feeling the care is about people. It’s for sure the profits.

I have always loved this office, especially the front staff. The receptionist and nurses have consistently been so kind and welcoming. However, at my most recent appointment, I saw Dr. Scott, and she planned to give my two-month-old multiple vaccines. One of them was a combination shot containing three vaccines, which meant my baby would be receiving a total of seven vaccines in one day. Dr. Scott is amazing! The staff is always super nice! On the other hand, Rose at the front desk is very rude. She seems irritated to do her job and when she leaves voicemails or answers calls she seems to be annoyed rather than kind or helpful.
