We were welcomed and felt comfortable. They took their time and explained it all. Would recommend.
Bad communication with the receptionist lady. She is rude and doesn't know how we can get appointment with any doctor in that office, even we alredy got a referal from ER . We called so many times, and she hang up my phone calls few times. We leave a message but no response. She said that sge gonna call back but she never call at all. Why is so hard to see doctor in that office?
Normally have no problems at any mercy location but when my wife called to schedule an appointment for our daughter the receptionists hung up and then when she called back the receptionist refused to answer, and the next call back it rang twice and was sent to voicemail. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional
