This is not a place to go if you need a doctor or nurse to be kind, understanding, professional and have any type of follow through. I was given a diagnosis without them having all the information. I have never had this kind of experience with a hospital or its staff. I hope that the bad apples are dealt with and maybe by the mercy of God they will start doing what their name implies and start helping people. If staff can't do their job. Fire them.
Extremely poor customer service, huge lack of communication between staff and patient. All of this = Negligence. This place was a huge mistake that has costed my family a lot of money. Nevermind the orthopedic problem that was made worse by their lack of care. You guys shouldn't play games with people's health.
Dr. Cochran was an awesome Dr. he has a great bedside manner. He is very efficient in explaining what he was planning and his staff were very nice. When I go to a Dr. I like for them to be professional but yet fun. For me it makes me feel more comfortable. All in all I like Dr. Cochran he fits all those bills for me.
The scheduling folks are extremely unhelpful and rude. They have an attitude for just asking a simple question.
