Love Dr. Couchman and his staff! He put in partial knee replacement after the 1st surgeon made a mess of my leg. Its lasted 19 years and he will be preforming my total knee replacement in the future. Highly recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon
Doctor Couchman was the worst surgeon I have ever seen. Rude and uncaring, I took off work waited all afternoon for my appointment and he never showed up. I was still charged for the appointment. I refused to pay. It's still ongoing after 15 years
I've had an appointment with Dr Couchman for more than a month! This appointment was to get my left knee out of pain and schedule knee cap replacement! 2 weeks before appointment I received a call moving appointment time from 8:45 to 11:00 am- same date, that's fine! I arrived to my appointment a little early only to be Todd Dr Couchman had a family emergency on whatever day prior to my appointment! I received no phone call whatsoever! Nice bedside manner. Took the time to explain what he thought.
I have received treatment in the past, with no problems. Last treatment was told to remind them of another treatment that may have better effect. But insurance refuses paying until deductibles are are met. Message was left for me, for further options. Called back several times. No courtesy to return my call I guess they dropped me like a rock. Going to more considerate care. Done with no courtesy.
