Sorry but I won’t use someone I can’t even contact in the case of an issue or emergency on details of my treatment so the ER or whomever, if needed, would have the information and be able to proceed better to avoid complete paralysis or death. Don’t expect me to come here.

The ladies at the front desk lied to me about the number and dates/times of open appointment, then I showed up to my sceduled appointment 8 minutes late for them to complain about my tardiness and me not having a mask and offering to wear one if they provided. 2/10 would not use this clinic again
