I was very disappointed with my appointment and the professionalism of Dr. Provenzano. My Primary recommended her. After our visit, my primary has decided that she would not refer her to any more patients. The office room was disgusting, and Dr. Provenzano was very rude. She did not take time to listen. She was very dismissive.
Went in for a rotator cuff injury. They got me checked in and into exam room a few minutes before scheduled time. Sara Perry examined the injury, gave me a steroid injection into the shoulder which helped almost immediately. She ordered an MRI and I was contacted the following day and the appointment is set for day after tomorrow. Awesome medical center.
