Makes no sense that it costs the same to see an optometrist as an ophthalmologist. They only have the former I was informed by front desk fyi despite the title of the clinic being “Mercy Clinic Ophthalmology.”
Called to ask how much my simple eye exam will cost. They have no idea, and they don't know what the insurance will cover. So I asked to cancel the appointment and the staff member hung up on me with out even getting my name.
Very disappointed with my visit that I never got seen at. I have Humana vision it clearly states they take it. The front desk woman did not know what she was doing just told me that they don’t take it! When she supposably looked it up it showed I wasn’t eligible? So which is it? When I was showing her my profile with Humana. I was eligible and I showed her they take the insurance . I wasted my lunch hour to find out they don’t take an insurance that is clearly taken.
