Was not told when I made my first appointment that they only did eye exams. Got there this morning and was told I would have to pay $30 for the prescription then would have to find someplace else to get lens and frames.
I saw Dr. Glenn Sanford yesterday, after an optometrist told me I needed cataract surgery. My visit began with George, who did the preliminary exam and answered many of my questions, helping me feel at ease. He couldn't have been any nicer or more efficient. When Dr. Sanford came in, I was braced for bad news, but instead, he said there was no immediate need for this surgery and that my eyes were, in fact, in good health. I feel that the charges are inflated when i have two insurances Medicare and a supplement I pay for and still owed them 89 dollars. Ridiculous
