Scheduled an October appointment in May. Appointment finally arrives, and the dr wouldn't even see me because I had my own personal boundaries and she "wasn't comfortable with that". She wouldn't even tell me herself - she had her office manager do it. Will not be going back here ever again.
Dr Varun is honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He is the first male doctor I’ve had as an adult and he made me feel very comfortable and made sure I knew what was going on each step of the procedure. My husband and I came from FLW and the drive is worth the quality of care I receive. He answers all questions my husband and I have thoroughly and is just genuinely so friendly and kind.
I went to Dr. Anna Fraser for the first time back in July of 2024. I was excited to meet her and she was extremely kind! Over the past year, I've seen her a few different times for various issues I've experienced. Three separate times, she asked me if I was diabetic. I told her no/I doubt I am, and that was the end of it. She never tested me or pushed for more answers as to what I was dealing with. We tried switching from Cox to Mercy for a few reasons but after one visit here with "Doctor" Joel Fort we won't be returning. Nurses and front desk staff have no clue what is going on either. Everyone here seemed to want to be there because they had to be to get paid.
Pleasant office staff and MAs during visits. I transferred from a smaller community hospital later in pregnancy and was happy with my care from the doctors during regular visits, labor and delivery and postpartum follow up.
