I went to Dr. Anna Fraser for the first time back in July of 2024. I was excited to meet her and she was extremely kind! Over the past year, I've seen her a few different times for various issues I've experienced. Three separate times, she asked me if I was diabetic. I told her no/I doubt I am, and that was the end of it. She never tested me or pushed for more answers as to what I was dealing with. We tried switching from Cox to Mercy for a few reasons but after one visit here with "Doctor" Joel Fort we won't be returning. Nurses and front desk staff have no clue what is going on either. Everyone here seemed to want to be there because they had to be to get paid.
Pleasant office staff and MAs during visits. I transferred from a smaller community hospital later in pregnancy and was happy with my care from the doctors during regular visits, labor and delivery and postpartum follow up.
Absolutely admire this place! Couldn't ask for better
Got referred here, because of an ongoing issue I have and the 2 visits I had were awful. There is no follow up, very poor communication with test results, no compassion, and I had to tell the doctor what to prescribe me from my own research on Google. In both visits he told me I needed a certain prescription and never prescribed it to me. I didn't go back.
