Long waits in waiting room, long waits in room. Very difficult to get scripts refilled. It takes multiple attempts and a week or two. It seems they are understaffed and spread to thin to provide a good experience.
I like the doctor Heather Hall but when you leave a message for a nurse to call because you obviously have an issue they NEVER return a call. I wouldn't be posting this but it is not the first time this has happened.
I have always disliked the way Mercy’s NP’s have treated me and A. Smith was no different. I went to her last year complaining that my Nexplanon was the only reason I could randomly breaking out into hives, teeth/gum pain, and heart attack imitations. She dismissed it as other things and said it couldn’t possibly be that even though I had only had water that day and was breaking out right there in the drs office.
