Dianna Juarez is very respectful and thoughtful, visits are very helpful and educational.
Sent my prescription to the wrong office after confirming with me three times that it would be sent to the correct office. Moved my appointment and didn’t tell me about it. When I called to confirm I was told it was my fault Becuase I had two accounts and never read a message due to them having two accounts for me. On top of a call for anything takes at least 30 minutes for anyone to pick up. All sorts of red flags that should be looked into.
I’ve always had A pleasant surprising great experience at this OB/GYN clinic. Most hospitals and clinics these days make you feel like they don’t really care and just lots of issues. I stumbled across Mercy and Dr Gonzalez after moving here from California and been blown away by everyone from the FRONT DESK, to how often they run on time, to Dr Gonzalez and her team.
