waited 40 minutes in the lobby before i thought i heard my name. went back with the employee and was told there were no nurses here to do my shot and my name was not called. employee went with me to the front desk and informed them that no one was here to provide my service and they had no idea. still waiting we’re at an hour now i’m placing this review as i sit in the lobby because i have had time. not the first problem but for sure the last
