My sister went there because she just got Medicaid she is 38 weeks something came up in her life that no one planned caused her to move back from okc to Springfield the lady who set her up with Medicaid set up her appointment to see Dr McCaull first of all he had her wait an hour just to tell her he can not do anything because he didn’t have her records and then shamed her for switching this late in her pregnancy like he knew her life situation he sat and bashed a 38 week pregnant women and it was disgusting !!!!! Went today to my dental appointment, and the stuff was super nice! 👌 I took my kid with me they were very patient and nice to us. Made me feel comfortable. Ps. This was at the new location.
Avoid Dr. McCaul at all costs!! He is so rude and hateful for no reason. Switch to Cox or Mercy and you will feel better!
