Do not come here. Staff is unaware and very disorganized. They can not, or will not get a plan together for you. I will no longer be a Mercy patient. Please do not come here. You WILL waste your time and money.
Very strange staff, quite disorganized. You're likely to wait 2 hours to see the doctor 5 minutes, and they make no effort to accommodate your schedule or notify you of cancellations even if you're coming from another state. The nurse is rude and appears to be a control freak. I needed a single sheet of paperwork filled out for insurance purposes. Dr. Johnson deferred to the nurse (Maria) to fill it out, and she refused to, presumably just because she could. Just a weird little office.
