I have had two appointments with two neurosurgeons that both refused to treat my lumbar spondylosis that is slowly crippling me due to my prescribed anti-coagulation medications. There are options to use other medications that would minimize stroke risks; but they chose not to consider them. Their refusal to provide treatment is appalling as there isn't another physician available and I will never use Mercy Hospital again.
The whole team was nice, knowledgeable, and comforting.
I had the best team! Dr.O and his PA Natalie were so kind to me. They helped calm the anxiety of having a Brain tumor. They let me know exactly what to expect. The surgery was a success. I would like to use this platform to Thank them for such amazing care! Not once did I feel judged or feel like I wasnt being heard. All my needs were met and they made this super scary time much easier. I highly recommend this team!!
