I have a back injury and saw the neurosurgeon PA Caitlin here who was absolutely amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very empathetic to my situation. She made sure to explain things in a way that I could understand as well which is very helpful when you’re in pain and scared about not being able to walk at only 30 years old.
If I could give less than one star I would. The nursing staff are not professional on the phone. They don’t know why they called you and then can’t remember who it is THEY called. Continue to use the wrong name after being corrected multiple times. This is when they actually do call you. It often takes days to get a return call. Patients beware.
