The woman at the desk was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Told us Dr. Chen left a month ago, even tho the mercy app still showed an active appointment the same day. She said it was impossible for the app to show an appointment and impossible that we werent notified. She implied we were lying about never having gotten any notifications, said it was our fault for canceling it? Even tho the appt was never canceled? The app even says THIS APPOINTMENT CANNOT BE CANCELED ONLINE MUST CONTACT OFFICE so we couldnt have canceled it... read more
Staff is not nice. Chen said if I ever need to get ahold of him that he would be there. Never has. Unpleasant atmosphere. Chen is nice but doesn’t do anything nor the staff. Do not go here.
Dr Chen is the best Neurologist hands down. He was the third neurologist I was sent to for a difficult diagnosis and had me figured out immediately. He genuinely cares about his patients. My life has vastly improved since I found him. If you need neurological help this is where you need to go.
